Drawing on nearly 30 years of experience spanning private industry, diplomatic assignments and leadership positions across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Rebecca offers a diverse perspective as she tailors coaching programs for the unique needs of her clients. 

 

She is passionate about developing leaders to make a broad, meaningful impact for themselves personally, for their teams, for their organizations, and for their communities.

In addition to degrees from Missouri State University and Purdue University and an International Rotary Scholarship at the National University of Singapore, Rebecca holds a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is certified (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation. Rebecca and her husband, Aaron, are proud to be the 2022 Leaders-in-Residence at Kansas State University's Staley School of Leadership.

Aaron has held senior leadership positions in marketing and communications for some of the largest brands in technology and telecommunications, including leading global teams in public relations, branding and strategic communications. 

​

He has spent a large portion of his nearly 30-year career working closely with executive-level leaders to develop and communicate a thoughtful narrative for their personal brands as well as for the organizations they lead. He partners with leaders to create messaging strategies and develop powerful executive speeches and presentations, and he coaches speakers for the most impactful delivery.

Aaron holds a dual degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Kansas State University. He and his wife and business partner, Rebecca, serve as the 2022 Leaders-in-Residence at K-State's Staley School of Leadership.
