Drawing on more than 30 years of experience spanning private industry, diplomatic assignments and leadership positions across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Rebecca offers a diverse perspective as she tailors coaching programs for the unique needs of her clients. 

 

She is passionate about developing leaders to make a broad, meaningful impact for themselves personally, for their teams, for their organizations, and for their communities.

In addition to degrees from Missouri State University and Purdue University and an International Rotary Scholarship at the National University of Singapore, Rebecca holds a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is certified (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation. Rebecca currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the National WWI Museum and Memorial. She and her husband, Aaron, are proud to be Leaders-in-Residence at Kansas State University's Staley School of Leadership.

Aaron has held senior leadership positions in marketing and communications for some of the largest brands in technology, networking and satellite communications, including leading global teams in public relations, branding and strategic communications. Under his leadership, Aaron's teams' work has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America (Silver Anvil), the American Advertising Federation (ADDY Award), and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (Innovation Award).

He has spent a large portion of his 30-year career working closely with executive-level leaders to develop and communicate a thoughtful narrative for their personal brands as well as for the organizations they lead. He partners with leaders to create messaging strategies and powerful speeches, and he coaches executive speakers for the most impactful delivery.

Aaron holds a dual degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Kansas State University.

Aaron is currently a Board Director for Space & Satellite Professionals International. Additionally, he and his wife and business partner, Rebecca, are proud to be Leaders-in-Residence at K-State's Staley School of Leadership.
